As was said, you are welcome to request a refund, it may take a few days but until the light is shipped they will be happy to send a refund. There are plenty of people that would love the chance.
If you decide you want a refund, Send Neal and myself a PM requesting this. It might take a few days but as long as the light has not shipped a refund is not a problem.
This issue here is that getting the shipping information is not very simple. You contact Neal, who generally only gets lists of shipped lights after they have been delivered the last few weeks. So he then has to contact Lumintop who then has to try and figure out what order yours is and if it has shipped or not.
It is no small process and something that no one wants to do unless there is a good reason.
The lights are shipping, there are still around 250 lights left to ship, Most of them registered mail. Give it a few weeks and then we will start cleaning up any loose ends that may have fallen through the cracks. At this point we would just be chasing our tails.
If you ordered registered mail, then know that none of the registered mail orders have shipped yet, they should start shipping with the next batch.
As to the question of how many beams were in that shot at the lake, 3 on my side and one across the lake. Yes, 4 GT’s total.
A second threaded screw would stop the rotation of the camera handle, or just a pin in a hole in the GT and hidden under the handle, not going all the way through. That would be clean and neat, perhaps not quite as easy.
That makes me wonder if a large mitten type pull handle for a snowmobile or snowblower would work. Just put a 1/4-20 bolt through the hole instead of the nylon rope. I don't have time to look up the perfect one right now but something similar to these. This is only a thought that I am throwing out there and don't know if it would work or not. They are relatively cheap.
