I saw New 7” A13 Capacitive 1.2GHz Android 4.0 4GB Tablet Flash 11.0 WIFI 3G White on Ebay for 71.99 USD with postage of 6.99. I got email that the item has been shipped with a tracking number LN263484889US on March 11 2013. Up to now I have not received the item. They told me they will refund only 20USD to me. I have try the tracking number but it does not exist. I think this fraud.
I am lodging a complain at Internet Crime Unit and I am looking for their contact detail, ie name, adress and telephone number. .
Please help me to trace this fraudulent company in Ebay.

The camera broken after one month, to solve the problem they send me to the camera manufacturer.
The customer service is very bad and after one year I lost my money and I don’t have camera.
