Quality around 50$

Welcome!

If you want a small light to easily carry around, you can get a zebralight SC52, which is small, very high quality, takes regular aa batteries (200 lumen) or li ion 14500 (500 lumen). Great all-around light. This is a well recognized light.
If you want to have a powerful light but still pocketable, I would recommend Nitecore EC25W. It is not getting lots of discussions here but I really enjoys mine. It uses one 18650 li ion battery and the high mode is about 900-1000 lumens. Very good looking and very reliable.
If what you want is just a 2000 lumen light and don’t care about other aspects, then skyray king should be considered.

They are all around $50 not including batteries and charger. The SC52 and CE25W can be purchased from https://illuminationsupply.com/, who is a US based shop and delivers fast.
This is the deal page they use here.
IS Promotions: Rayus C01 / PT10 Series Intro [8/28]

But my suggestion is that you buy a light that is not very expensive and just play with it long enough to see what you want in your next light. You will see what you want very quickly (It will be a long list).
