I have a Sundancer, it’s the small guy within my powerful blue lasers:
In order: Sundancer 450nm 5w / S2 440nm 10w / S2+ 470nm 7w / S21g 455nm 15w (quad diode, now stonewashed)
Never disassembled it but I believe the heatsink/module is fully made of brass, it’s considerably lighter than my builds filled with copper.
Not a bad laser, it’s advertised as 5w and it may be true! But it’s blue and not green as you mentioned.
Divergence is surprising not that bad for a 5w blue, it is probably using a G7 lens or similar. Definitely not a short focal length aspheric lens.
It doesn’t have a front glass but you may be able to put an S2 window in front of the module, just don’t forget to focus it properly. My copy arrived completely out of focus!
