Question on LED light bulb

Thinking about trying out my first LED light bulb.

My question is will this bulb (specs below) rated at AC 85-265 Volts put out the @650 lumens it claims at the 110 volts we use in the USA?

I'm thinking there has to be a driver in the bulb that matches up the voltage to max lumen output.

These bulbs are offered at the myled.com website.

With the $5 coupon its a budget trial for sure.

It should be the same regardless of volatge. But I can pretty much guarantee you that it won’t put out any 650 lumens with 7W in. Maybe half that…

Thanks for shedding some light TP
