Mine have been 2.8A 105c, 3 mode HLS drivers.

The 10 buck one is my base host. It is h/l/strobe with an XM-L2 1A’ish. These become my pill for the build since I hate strobe modes. For a few more bucks you can get that light with the led and modes you want. All seem to have 2.8 amp 105c drivers.
