It’s been usually the next business day for me. Have you message them yet?
Most time they send me an email to say they post the items with the tracking. But sometimes they do forget to do that.
Just hope they use HK post for your stuff and no Singpost. Singpost takes longer to leave the country than HK post to get to my door

I’ve only done a few orders with them, but they’ve broken speed records every time. No other company overseas has gotten me an order in 6 days. Highly recommended.

Thanks, I’ll ask them if possible to send via HKPost.

Got my first item from their site. Shipping is fast and accurate. However, the member account record and parcel tracking need to improve. Outdated when compare to other online stores.

order from them 6 xeno e03 in diferent dates from ebay, one of them had problem with the boost driver ,email them 11 months ago ,they replyed that they will send the replacement ,after that every 2-3 months i remailed them since i never received and i was getting the same answer ,they send it or they will resend it ,in the last email they didnt replyed.

try to reach them via skype…

Is this store still active, any recent feedbacks?

I have ordered many things from HKequipment over about 4 years now without any problems at all.

I am waiting on an Olight SR52UT right now.

I could have ordered through one of the fast couriers but I was not in a big hurry as I am still checking out my Fenix TK75 2015 Edition (4000 lumens).

I used to buy quite a few Panasonic 18650s from there until it became impossible to transport lithium ion batteries by air.

Keep up the good work HKE!

Hey Far Thrower,

How do you like the new TK75? I have the 3-LED version. I just bought the Nitecore TM16 just because it was cheaper with discount codes at the time and lowest was a little lower, I think.

It’s probably a great light, my TK75 impresses even my non-flashlight friends!

i reached them from here 2 days after your reply ,they replyed me that they send me already the replacement driver and told me we will send it again .i am still waiting for it.

Can’t speak to actual customer service experience, but after just checking out their website, I am disturbed to see a lot of shady products listed. XXXXfire garbage batteries, and, even worse stuff like this:

1000 mAh from 16340s? ROTFLMAO - especially the (presumably LiFePO4) 3.0 volts!

The Trustfire [sic] and Ultrafires all have grossly inflated mAh ratings (as usual). To be fair, those are manufacturer claims, but a wise merchant shouldn’t even offer such garbage.

Where theres demand, theres supply, perhaps thats the reason to offer such unreasonable products :D?

Ithink it’s more a case of where there’s ignorance there’s supply!

Indeed! And which brings into question why someone who knows better would offer such products.

Because money comes before morality!

Best prices on SPARK products.

I have bought quite a few things over the years and had no problems at all.

If you go to their Ebay site sometimes you can use the “best offer” option and get a good discount.

I recently bought the Fenix TK75 2015 Edition for about $45 off the average prices.

All is forgiven

Lots of good feedback, a complaint or two with good resolutions… HKE is looking solid to me. 8)

Just gave Stanley a friendly poke via e-mail. Let’s wait for the answer now.

Got my Ti Hi from them, looks great. I paid with the wrong card for this order but they were kind enough to refund and I then could pay with another card. First class service.
