Recommendation for Rechargeable Batteries(AA) and Charger for Flash??

Hi,
I am a fairly light user. However, I would like to invest in a charger and AA Rechargeable Batteries.
From what I can see the La Crosse charger seems to be recommended and Eneloops.
So what would anyone recommend bearing in mind I,m only a light user although I’m doing a wedding and need to use flash where a quick recharge(recycle time) would be a good thing. I am based in the U.K.

That’s an easy one. Seeing as you are in the UK. these are re badged eneloops. I have loads of them and eneloops they are the best cells you can get.

For big bracket strobes that I use, I have Sony and Eneloops. I also have a LaCrosse charger. They always work well now more than 5 years after purchase. I always carry twice the number of charged batteries that I believe I’ll need. There is no time to recharge and pictures never wait.
