Can anyone recommend a good, reliable, CHEAP, seller of 18650 batteries? I know some sellers try to pawn off used, unsafe batteries. Got some friends looking for some and cheap as they can get.

I have used rlsales on ebay a few times and not been disappointed.ymmv. My go-to battery source is definitely mtnelectronics.
