No experience with the linked light, but they look exactly the same. Would not surprise me if Yeguang make the light under both names. Brinyte is a bit cheaper to buy than the ones you linked though.
Id want to know more about the 18650 before Id consider using it, and same goes for the charger.
I had to look up the name of the company that made them, which led me to the full list linked in the OP, and I found the DIV05V, which appears to be a zoomie maybe.
