Those are two different lights that you have pics of. If this is a fake, they've gone to great lengths to accomplish it! It has the correct box, literature, lanyard etc. You can see EagTac on the holster of my model at the Eagletac website.
bc10 on 16340 are pretty bright. more like hi and turbo instead of lo-hi. short runtime though
I got the same markings on my d25c2. eagtac on one side of body and eagletac on opposite side. eagtac on pouch.
