I have this torch as well as the Jetbeam BA20 and to me the maglite is a much better torch. The only mod I would make is replace the lens with a glass instead of plastic as they can get more scratched up over time, but if you look after it then plastic is OK too.
The Jetbeam is a nice torch but I actually like the beam better on the maglite, I also prefer the twist I don’t like the clicky on the jetbeam it feels strange. I also love the candle mode which is AWESEOME on the maglite. It’s just a very robust every day use torch, one which will last decades easily.
I’d give the maglite pro plus 9 out of 10, and the jetbeam 7 out of 10.
