Thanks for the nice review Johnny.
A real nice review . Seems to me if water was to get into this light, it would be around the switch area, unless I’m missing something.
That would be the place, I agree. Easy enough to remedy with that large flat contact area. A thin layer of silicon sealant would resolve any possible leaking issues. I’m sure it’s watertight as it is but would be the weak link in the chain at further depths.
So if yur a deep-C-diver, squirt sum silly-cone in 'er
The thin silicon layer in between the two plastic pieces was what I was thinking also

I’m not a deep c diver, but where I live we get 180 inches of rain a year and water gets into everything no mater how hard you try to keep it out
I hear ya Beachlogger. With that much water, you best be safe than sorry.
I just ordered one of these from illuminationsupply.com!!! Hope its as good as you said!
Got mine from illuminationsupply.com the other day and I am very impressed with it for only 22 dollars. Others have talked about the PWM on the non BLF edition but I have not noticed it at ALL. My only complaint are the plastic threads, I can see how it could get stripped out if you arent really careful.
