Searching for 7 led, 2000lm+ sustained single 26650 or 26800 compact

They’ve fixed the overheating 7135 issue on the MF01 mini. I measured mode 6/7 at 2.35A. It can sustain this until the battery is depleted.

2.35A with 7 emitters on the MT07 vs 6A with 12 emitters on the E12R

The E12R is going to get hot with 6A. My Supfire M6 with 3xXHP50.2 3V is pretty uncomfortable to hold at 6A after awhile, and it’s a much larger light.

We’ll see. Specs say it can maintain 2,580 lumens for 10 minutes before stepping down. Hopefully with driver don’t shed much head given the very high efficiency and also the emitters will be operating in its high efficiency range therefore minimizing heat.

How did you find out that E12R using Lume buck driver? Does this mean loneoceans is making the driver? I do not see where it is listed that the new flashlight is a Lume driver on the website, unless you confirmed with FF or loneoceans? Maybe we can ask what the spec is.

At first I thought the E12R was using the same optic as the ROT66.2, but looking at it again, it looks as though the optics are crammed closer together. Looks to be same diameter as ROT66.2’s head, just larger, throwier optics? It is an interesting light, indeed. XPL2s are so damn efficient, with all 12 being able to run at 1200 lumens for 3 hours.

NSX4 doesn’t seem too much larger than the E12R. It is a little longer, but it never gets wider than 44mm. Seems perfect for jacket pocket carry, even though it is an inch longer.

Fireflies E12R: Very nice looking, can’t find a good review with sustained lumens, but top candidate at the moment. Head diameter 47.6mm
NSX4: i ordered this light a while ago but nothing ever came from nealsgadgets (after months) so i cancelled the order. 2500lm for 47 minutes! Shame it’s so big. 44mm

That’s cause they haven’t shipped yet. Est ship 15th Jan.
