My advice as a long time customer of sites like yours is to do whatever it takes to keep your good service once your company starts getting big and your sales volume goes way up. It seems like all these sellers do great at first, but as their volume goes up, their service goes down. We all like a good bargain, but a bargain with good service is what keeps me coming back. I can get a bargain with poor or just OK service anywhere. So, build that trust and once you’ve built it, keep that trust :slight_smile:

One thing I see right off, on your website is that there is no means of searching by price or by date. Most sites I go to, will allow search options in a drop down menu for searching by; Highest price, Lowest price, Date added, Popularity, Average review. I searched your site for flashlight and got 1,083 hits. I will not spend my time looking through 1,083 flashlight items, when I can't enable the search to come up with highest price first, or newly listed first.

Searching by type of battery (10440, 14500, 16340, 18350, 18650, 26650, aa, aaa) would also help.
