Should we have a sub-forum dedicated to knives?

Hello all, thanks for bringing this up. I'm not against creating a Knives category here if the majority wants it. But as I see it, the Gear subforum is being used almost exclusively for knife posts, and it's easy enough to find most knife information there.

Thanks to everyone for your participation, it's great to see that people are finding BLF useful.

I realize that for this to work properly, all knife threads would need to be moved... which might require some time and effort.

Hey Beamshot..... all caps is like shouting.......... your attitude has destroyed my conception that all Canadians were polite. Think of it this way, if a knife sub-forum existed here you could avoid any accidental knife talk, and contamination of your flashlight threads, you could then easily pretend there is no such thing as a pocket knife.

Good points for the knife category, and those are logical reasons we should all be discussing here.

As for the offensive scribble, he only has 33 posts = background noise. I probably should have simply ignored the gross ignorance since it was so obvious. He's most likely a small child with limited understanding of the English language playing on mommys computer. My apologies to all for my rude comments.
