I got mine from http://www.lightmalls.com/ with skyray markings with no switch issues and even emailed me that he tested the light before shipping !!!

Sweeeeet ....... I ordered mine Last Thursday 05.24 and it arrived in Jacksonville today .......... I will soon see the LIGHT .....
