Yep - CNQG just sent me a black one.
10 days to my door in Australia. Including 2-3 days stuck in customs (unusual).
Sent via EMS speedpost, I got a tracking number so was able to watch it on my phone.

The NW is a nice tint and it throws a lot of light downrange too, more than I expected.

Looks like you were right how2. CNQG looks like the only one that has a black NW. I wish they had free shipping.
FFL seems to have the same stock items as CNQG, but with free shipping and some items at a higher price. Here's the link:

Unfortunately it's $65 at FFL, and at CNQG it's $54, but the holster is $5 on both sites. I just put in a $55 order of assorted parts and found the total order a few bucks cheaper on FFL than CNQG, it all depends on the items.
FFL and CNQG are owned by the same co and differ only on shipping details; the flashlight is the same. This is the only current source for the black SRK, far as I know.
The black FFL/CNQG SRK uses direct drive on high and PWM on lower modes. It is brighter than the regulated driver version originally reviewed here. It also gets hotter.
The version lightmalls is selling is sand colored and regulated just like the one in the review linked above. This version has no PWM and fewer heat issues but is less bright on high than the DD version sold by FFL/CNQG.

CouldUseALight - So the LightMalls one listed here as black and pictured as black really isn't black?
I know it's not the same light as CNQG/FFL because that black one is U2's, not T6's, and the driver is probably not the same as you are describing.
may be yet another version, anybody’s guess till you order one!

yes, they were the only ones that had black nw-version, but they have also sold it out. 
Thanks everyone for all the help. I ordered a FandyFire UV-S5,4 Trustfire 18650 and a charger from Fasttech and recieved it in North Carolina 7 days.Fasttech is the real thing. The batteries were charged and the light works perfect. This thing is super bright.
I ordered 3rd december from lightmalls one black u2 and one gold NW and recieved them today! crazy fast shipping! both were with the old buck boost drivers, which is nice. crazy bright light aswell, i like.

What makes you think so? The bottom of the driver board says that it would be using the original three-toroid driver.
I'm definitely interested.
Lanyard... mimics come with that crap lanyard and all real Sky Rays (and other BlackShadow manufactured) have paracord lanyards.
