Small travel charger for AA/AAA?

Really? Sounds high.

actually, its on low (pun intended)

I tend to leave CFLs on rather than turn them on/off for short periods because of this, but I wonder the cost of replacing vs. wasted electricity (they can be costly, for example the Philips bulb I use in the bedside lamp is at least 7 years old).

i also do the same, i was never able to accurately calculate the life loss per on/off cycle, i consider 3 hours of life loss as my best current educated guess

HKJ, what is the name of that AA charger? Where can I buy the same one.

It is a Sanyo NC-MDU01, I got it together with some eneloop batteries.

I have never tested it, just used it as a travel charger.

My i4 charger charges the aaa eneloops not so good like my b6 does…
If charged and discharged with b6 I get around 720mAh with my i4 I get 100mAh less…
So I am searching for a nice charger which is suitable for AAA.
