Lumintop EDC15 is one of the smallest AA/14500 and pretty bright - the stock TIR is pretty bad in my opinion, but it is easy to mod a small Yajiamei 3535 TIR in and solder a high CRI LED instead of the default Osram.

I did look on your electronics corner thread but couldn’t see it; does the EDC15 have a normal MCPCB for the LED? Or does it have driver components and LED combined on a single board?
IIRC the Skilhunt E3A has a bunch of SMD components next to the LED, which is why I’ve not modded one.
Edit to add: found your modding thread, with pics of it being a regular MCPCB! However, I can’t find the Yajiamei 3535 you reccomended, the link you posted to AliX was dead, I don’t suppose you recall the diameter, and I’ll search that?

Wurkkos TS10 V2 is very small. 71.5 mm in length, 21 mm head diameter.
Although it only accepts 14500 battery and will not work with any AA batteries.

Lumintop sells them with a USB battery. That means you have to unscrew the head to charge, but it also means the USB port is very well protected, and a twisty is fast to unscrew anyway. I have the same battery in my FWAA, and my partner in her Convoy 14500s, they are great.

You’ve convinced me and I’ve ordered one. That store selling TIRs charges £3.XX per listing, I’ve sent a message asking if it’s possible to do something about it as I would quite like to order a selection of their TIR optics!
Edit, once at checkout it’s c.£1 postage per listed item, less bad given they’re £0.31 each

Looks like it is the same as EDC15 apart from the tube, so all mods I did on the EDC15 should work on this one too.

Slowest AliExpress experience I’ve had in a long time, 5 weeks to be delivered, just like the good old days!
Long enough that I missed my window of opportunity to do some modding and will probably get round to it in early May.
