They measure about 65.5mm long. As they are flat tops they need a small magnet between the two batteries for a connection. I dont think you will find batteries much shorter than that. Strange.
Mine have a slightly raised top compared to the keygos cells, the problem is both the driver and neg button protrude into the battery tube, its just poor internal design. 
Driver size? 17mm?
19mm
