Single 21700 lights might be able to match the output of some soda can lights but they lose out on battery capacity.

The Q8 doesn’t have that great of a runtime for it’s capacity.

That review is interesting as there is no stepdown, hence the short runtime. My BLF Q8 (second group buy batch) steps down at 90 seconds.

Surprisingly my Sony VTC6 have just a little positive raise to make contact on the Q8 ring. No need to trouble with button tops.

Sanyo GA also have a slight button . A few less lumens but more capacity.
