Trying to help on how to take out the WK03/SC18 driver without special tool

There are 2 locking clamps on the side

Just push the locking clamps outward,we can use (-) screwdriver and the driver is ready to go

Great, thanks. Are the clamps bent afterwards? I assumed they are from the pill and therfore solid aluminum

I took mine apart. Taking the pill out needed lots of force. It’s press fit. Those clamps on driver were also very tight even with pill on hand. Might be hard to bend them from tail end but I guess it’s possible.

Thanks for the reply. I had already decided that I would not buy a flashlight that I could not take apart and modify without destroying it…
