Source in Germany/EU for protected 18650 Panny 29/31/3400?

Looking for a source of new, protected Panasonic-inside 18650s within Germany (ideal) or the EU for a family member that doesn't want to play the lottery with Chinese battery shipping problems.

More budget is always better.

Akkuteile is well known too, I ordered a Xtar WP2 II charger from them recently, they got a 20% discount for Xtar chargers right now.

I’ve found a german seller a few days ago, who ship stuff out in padded envelops to cut shipping costs, but I can’t remember the name.

Go for quality protection (Seiko IC). Something like keeppower.
Tho at their prices it might be better to go with RMM’s Panasonic NCR18650B Protected 3400mAh
