Ah, that’s great you got that same mini D2. I do sort of miss being able to flip it open. Nice to know that other has a frame lock. Isn’t it bizarre how the item page doesn’t mention it? Sometimes I just don’t know what these Chinese sellers are thinking.
Yes, the mini D2 is nice. They don’t mention the lock in the description because it is illegal in China to sell lockblade knives, so even the pictures of the knives are manipulated to hide the lock mechanism. Kind of crazy. You can read more about this rule here:

I agree that China is one of the most powerful manufacturers in the world — if not the most powerful now. But one of its serious shortcomings is the 9-9-6 work culture: working from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. six days a week. 
Absolutely the best, especially if you expect accuracy and consistent product dimensions; global metric system experts for sure, e.g. 14500 cells

I don’t deal with aliexpress. the price adjusting after a paid reloads, lower prices for not logged users, the hidden extra tax fees. Just scum bag tactics all around. I only will buy from aliexpress if it’s something that’s only found there, leds, cheap electronic parts, or flashlight related stuff. I prefer myvipon.com and Amazon. The higher pricing is decent tradeoff when accounting for shipping speed and fast return/ refund.
Chinese made gym equipment like Yes4All/BalanceFrom/Signature fitness usually cutting cost at painted surface, not being calibrated but the weight is within the rated spec which is good enough at the fraction of cost.
Ganzo knives are good quality. I carry around F759M because it’s light weight.
