Sunlikelamp.com SunLike10xss SOL Ultra High CRI E27 LED bulb (2700/3200/5000/5600K)

Ha you just posted it, well that’s even better :+1: .

Quick question. Took a peek at the How much time need to produce SunLike6C? video, there I see SunLike swapping the current sense resistor in a (Qihan?) led driver from an 1R15 to an 1R0? That doesn't makes sense, shouldn't it be an 2R0? I mean, if the driver outputs ≈300 mA stock current, reducing the sense resistor from 1.15 Ω to 1 Ω should result in an increase in driving current to ≈345 mA, which is about twice the datasheet driving current for a 6 W COB (180 mA)…

It is 10w Qihan 250mA. From factory it is with 1R0 or 1R05. If SAW (Korean) with about 36v, it will works with 1.2om max, it is about 216mA. If SOL with 35v, it will work with 1.5 with 7w from line. That how 7w model was born.

A bit of necroposting.

These didn’t last very long, at first we didn’t notice because the dimming was progressive, but at some point we realised it was much less illuminating than before, I checked by replacing them and the difference was huge (don’t remember exactly how much).
They were driven at 170mA which was their normal rating, the heatsink was around 50°C max.

Now I have replaced them with this which I was already using in my office for some time : https://eu.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Lumileds/L2C5-30901211F19P0?qs=bZr6mbWTK5ldXl%252BO0rrT1w%3D%3D&countryCode=DE&currencyCode=EUR
”only” 90CRI but significantly brighter at the same power, and this is a negative duv (~-0.0040) COB so the light is very pleasant.
