Tesla model 3 2170s

I just ordered 3 from Tech Direct Club for $11.99 & FREE shipping.

They were cheaper at Battery Hookup , $9.75 for 3… BUT the only shipping option was FedEx for $16.24 :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

A bit steep when only ordering three… :money_mouth_face: :person_facepalming:

I ended up getting 100 from batteryhookup. Anyone deal woth these sellers before and what their experiences were? Also is there a bug difference between the 4800 and 5000 or are they essentially the same?

I’ve ordered from batteryhookup a few times. I haven’t had any problems at all

I’ve dealt with Battery Hookup on several occasions —Some good Some bad —- They always make good on my purchases —- I test everything I buy from sellers when it comes to mah and lumens ——lots of inflated numbers flying around —— Of the 150 Tesla cells I purchased from Big Battery ( Tech Direct Club / same guy) most cells tested 4750-4850 with a few hitting in the 4900s —- I also had a few in the 4600s

Same deal here so ordered from techdirectclub.com
That’s $4 per cell landed on my doorstep.

Your capacity test numbers also match the LDTSL 21700 or Model 3 21700 batteries I got, anywhere from around 4600+ to 4900+ mAh, but most are in the 4700-4800+ mAh.
The aforementioned (LDTSL or Model 3 21700) 21700 batteries sourced from a local seller in our country, whether the battery is labeled “4800mAh” or “5000mAh” or doesn’t have a capacity mAh label…

Very pleased with the shipping time from Tech Direct Club

First Class was FREE & 3 days from West coast to East coast. :white_check_mark:

They do have quick shipping, but mine were shipped a bit Unsafe

The 3 cells were open in the box with some bubble wrap. The cells weren’t separated. Just seems like an accident waiting to happen .

Yeah, that is what I kinda thought also at first. But it seemed to have worked out OK & since they are flat tops, little chance of bad things happening I think.
I may order a few more. :white_check_mark:

I bought 3 that were shipped in a plastic package but the bubble wrap they were in wasn’t taped so the batteries spilled into the plastic package. So there was just 5 mil or so of plastic protecting the batteries from all the bumps, jarring, etc that the batteries went through during shipping. They could have taped the bubble wrap but I guess 10 seconds of extra work was too much for them to do.

My 2 year old grand-daughter could have done a better job wrapping the batteries up for shipping.

Yeah, mine were in a rectangular box sandwiched between two layers of big bubble wrap. Thankfully, it was a tight fit when the box was closed, so they were just sitting there in the box safe & sound. :white_check_mark:
If the fit had been loose, that would have sucked. :frowning:

Ordered me some as well. Shipped loose in a box with bubble wrap lol. Oh well.
all 3 came at 3.7v.

Ordered 6 more Tuesday night 18 May about 2300 hours. They arrived yesterday 21 May about 1300 hours.
That is fast shipping & delivery.
The packing on this order left a lot to be desired. Basically just 6 batteries loose in the box. :open_mouth: :person_facepalming: :+1:
But they seem no worse for wear. :heavy_check_mark:
