Test/Review of Charger Xtar VC2 Plus Master

How is the Xtar VC-2 or 4 Master Charger different than the previous version VC-2 or 4? How does the VC Master Charger measure the capacity of a battery? Does it really work?

The VC2 gained USB output and lost mAh display.

I have not seen a VC4 plus.
