A little bit below $150
In my table (More DMM reviews at the bottom) you can get a rough idea about prices.
About +/-0.3 volt around Zero is needed with a 4Vpp signal (Meter uses 6V range).
See the table, just remember to multiply with maximum range value. I.e. I measure 266mV at 100mA, this means at 650mA the burden will be 266*6.5 -> 1729mV (i.e. use the A range when you are above 100mA).
A few meters do not scale that bad. but most do including this meter (It is even a bit worse than that).
