people on Banggood answerd my question, still claim this Cell has protected board. I cant find any of these Batteries unwrapped. Anyone here with this Batterie unwrapped it already?

They have to say what it protects. Over voltage? Under voltage? Temperature? Etc… I assume they are only referring to excess current (fusible link) and not any type of electronic circuitry.
Just skip this cell. Get the Aspire 4300 if you need a high drain 26650. There are several better choices.
