I don’t have a 7G9 but I do have an HD2010 and a TN31. Based on Selfbuilt’s beamshots comparing the 7G9 with the TN31, I’d say the 7G9 falls inbetween the HD2010 and the TN31, closer to the TN31 than the HD2010.
TurboBB and Bigmac79 had much higher ouput readings on there copies. Sefbuilt has also gotten a new calibrated meter and had a 14% increase in reading.
With the V9-T6 thrown in your really paying about $100.00 for the light.
This is a great deal, if you ask me. (and nobody did, by the way) Int'l Outdoor Store sells the 7G9 all day long for $142 . . . all by its lonesome. And the bonus light isn't just an afterthought, either. I wish I had not already spent too much.
