Advanced mode has both ramp and stepped along with turbo unless you disable it.
Either ramp mode doesn’t matter when doing thermal calibration. Not 100 percent but you may need to be in advanced mode to do theremal calibration.

Sorry I don’t know what I did but when I quoted your post and screwed it up!
Today, recently received this apron, which I really like so far.
Polishing cloth maybe?
Ask Rufus… ![]()
The ZOMAO Chef Apron comes with two reusable cleaning cloths made of microfiber material.
According to customers, these cloth patches can be used for:
Thanks for the replies, Dc38 & Mandrake50!
It’s kinda interesting that cleaning cloths are not directly related to the apron. ![]()
Nah, stick to the cheaper plastic ones. Blood rinses right off and doesn’t stain the material… ![]()

This is Mostly for entertainment purposes because the only one who can answer it is the manufacturer. I emailed them on Wednesday and I’m still waiting for a reply.
How can Lumintop make a flashlight,MACH 46950.Silver, with a custom / proprietary battery and not sell it on their website? Now if it was out of stock I could understand but the battery is not even listed on their website.
So what do you do when you want a spare or your battery dies,do you throw away your flashlight?!
The answer may well be , Yes! This is a big problem when using a device that uses proprietary or non replaceable cells/batteries. The very reason that I avoid that type of light.
“Oh, you don’t sell spares or extras? Hmm. Never mind. I’ll pass.”
I was unaware it was a proprietary battery. I bought it off the allie. There was no mention of it . It’s the second and last time in 15 years that I bought a light with a proprietary battery . Again this time I was unaware that it was proprietary. The other one was Ace beam the light that I sold there’s no problem getting that battery.
It’s ridiculous that a manufacturer will sell that type of battery not provide a replacement. What are the other people going to , do throw away their lights?
I don’t understand why it is a problem or even exist. They charge outrageous prices for these proprietary battery packs. Why wouldn’t they want to sell them? Wouldn’t it deter people from buying from them again when they sell you a light like that?
I’m not saying that you’re one of these people but I should know better than even post anything cuz there’s certain people whose responses are always filled with sarcasm. They know everything, they’re perfect , at least they think they are and they’re quick to judge. So it’s on me to think before I anything
Good, No reason to be defensive about my post. No underhanded criticisms nor slights intended. Rather, just poining out that the concept a manufacturer of forcing people into a throw away situation sucks.
Lighten up, Francis. I don’t think he’s being sarcastic.
Plenty of people avoid buying anything from Oilight because of proprietary batteries. Others don’t have any problem with it.
Plenty of “flat” lights have proprietary cells or are sealed. Same dealy.
Unless I’m mistaken, the 49whatever isn’t a battery pack, but a legit, albeit not “readily available”, cell.
Me, I wouldn’t buy that kind of light unless I could get a spare cell, just in case. I got a Nitecore light that takes a proprietary cell, but got it with a spare. Don’t think I’d’ve gotten it with just one cell, as who knows if a replacement would be available years from now.
But the fact remains, if it’s not a cheap-enough light to be willing to toss it if the battery crokes, I wouldn’t buy it. So the mfr has to either accept people not buying the lights, or make spare/extra/replacement cells available.
I don’t think someone pointing that out makes him “sarcastic”. Nor getting defensive about “I should know better than to post anything here”. That’s uncalled for.
No worries. You’re not one of them. That’s why I started off the way I did. I just happened to express myself during your post.
One of the best features on here is the ignore button. It has a few benefits one of which is there will be no arguments .
I have a few prospects in that category. It makes no difference to me what they say because I don’t care what they say. They are insignificant. Their whole life is criticizing, insulting and judging others to make themselves feel good. Pretty sad pretty pathetic.
So what do you do when you want a spare or your battery dies,do you throw away your flashlight?!
No, never throw away a flashlight. Just post it on BLF for the price of shipping and some modders will gladly take it off your hands. ![]()
About the 46950 batteries, they are on the way to become widely available. The biggest limitation for these batteries as far as I know might be shipping them without a flashlight. The special shipping lines who accept bare batteries are more expensive. Also, you better not write on the parcel that there is a single 118Wh battery inside as no airline will accept it then. Maybe that is one of the reasons why those cells are rarely sold separately.
Nah, stick to the cheaper plastic ones. Blood rinses right off and doesn’t stain the material…
I don’t know if the following apron is plastic, but I hope it’s at least waterproof. ![]()
