This manufacturer says 55W/m.K, link , and Indium says 33W/m.K link, very different numbers from the quoted source in that image“Material Handbook for Hybrid Microelectronics,” Artec House, Norwood, MA, 1988."
The 10 mm sink pad I’m using for the Raven wasn’t level, the center pad was a bit lower so I pretinned the pads and sanded them down flush before applying the paste on the template. Noctogons are just better boards but they don’t make a 10mm size.
