It might be worth pointing out that “nom” is the sound made when eating something (or someone) and really enjoying it. When repeated, it tends to imply the tasty thing in question is particularly good or substantial and takes many bites or noms, and one might lose themself in the pleasure of eating it. As in, “kitten sees cheezburger, goes om nom nom nom!”

Never tried it, way too expensive here in Canada.
Also was banned for years iirc, heavy metal levels were too high according for our food regulations iirc.
