Is the TK75 the best torch ever made? I’m beginning to think that way that’s for sure…
I am very impressed with the TK75 and the Terminator.
I will say that the tint on the terminator is excellent.
I will sort a video out tomorrow. The video really shows the tk75 handing the terminator it ass.
The tints must be different in real life than what the photos show.

Not really that much. The terminator is a u3 with a different tint to the tk75.
It was too misty to do any real distance shots. I tried but all you could see was a beam of light. Also, the lights are a bit brighter than the shots indicate. There was a lot of streetlights lighting up the air.
In our shots Saturday night The TK75, TN31 & the BTU all handed the terminater its rear end. Don’t get me wrong, it is a nice light but not really in the class of those three imho. We do not have a trj-18 but it looks like it is probably in about the same class as the SRK. Everyone of these lights is awesome in it’s own way.

Lol I am glad it performed a bit better! When you consider the physical size of the terminator, it is a damn impressive light.
But once again, it should be compared to the likes of the srk and eye30/40.

That and a TN31 is really all a guy needs in top end flashlights/
With all the praises for the TK75, I wonder how will the RC40, with 4 emitters and bigger, deeper reflectors, compare against it.
It could be the successor to my TK70.

No it didn’t beat the TN31 in throw.
I like the TK75, it has a nice balance between throw and spill (more so, throw) but the BS Terminator seems more floody (4 small XML-U3) and the TN31 is just pure tunnel vision (great throw, but thats it haha)
Would you guys recommend the TK75 over lights like TN31, K40 for throw and spill (or just wider/ more coverage beam)?
Go with the TK75, you won't regret it. Yes dedicated throwers will out throw it, but when you're at a distance of under 300 meters, the TK absolutely hands down offers better lighting.
For under 100 meters the terminator would be the best option.

You can’t go wrong choosing that light. I think you’ll be happy.
The RC40 looks much more impressive, however it’s more expensive and a bit bigger.
I’m all for the TK75. If like me you got to go instore and test it against a number of other multi-emitter lights, you would really appreciate what it does as it does everything well.
I’m stuck between the Terminator and TK75 :~ . Throw and spill aside the terminator seems better for future emitter mods/upgrades.
The TK75 is about 50 bucks more and looks less user-serviceable.
PWM on the terminator really does kill it for lower mods however.
BTU Bruiser seems kind of nice option too.
