Those looks like the older T6x/400 batteries, the extended (as you can see) 9 cell models with like 8-9 hour runtime.

i have tried the green Panasonic one i direct drive a xml2 it gave me 5A and 7.3A with 2x xml2 in parallel and 7.75A with 3x xml2 in parallel
is that good ?

Lenovo used to use Sanyo, not terribly surprising to see Panasonic-named cells in there now.
Apple used Sony cells for a while, and Dells often have Samsung cells.
I’m curious if Panasonic now manufactures the classic UR18650FM and puts the Panasonic wrapper on now? 
The Samsungs are 2800mAh but only if you charge them to 4.3V. About 2600 if you do a regular charge to 4.2V.
Lucky you, all I’ve seen lately are fake packs with cheap cells.
