2.8A seems a little low on a single cell. I thought I was getting around 4A. I'll check when I get home.
I couldn't get the JM07 body to work either. I"d never use it like that anyway, it would have been fun to play with.
EDIT: I did get 4A with the KK but that drops off quickly since my A123 cells only drew 1.6A. I've got a bench power supply now so maybe I'll make a chart of current draws at different voltages.
