Tube Style lights with XHP35/XHP50

Definitely a decent price, I’m tempted to give it a try, especially if it tint isn’t overly cold/bluish. I’ll have to read up on some reviews for it, seems there’s are quite a few here. Someone on the Nitecore store site reported the EC23 had better color rendering, (he also has a Concept1) But I much prefer the smaller size and smoother look of the Concept1.

Impressive list. They all seem very nice.
Is there an overall standout?

OP updated with all the additions that were posted so far. (that fit the size category)

The list is growing fast!………

Mostly all XHP35, so far only one with XHP50, the Eagtac DX3B mini’s

That’s what I meant. All the ones on the list look great and can’t afford to buy them all.
Which one to get….decisions, decisions……

Well that would be very subjective (if that’s the correct word)
Different people have different needs and desires!

.

The standouts for me personally are:

EagTac DX3B Mini Pro (small, sleek, powerful, MANY emitter choices incl. NW versions, tail magnet)

Nitecore Concept 1 (small, sleek, powerful, tail magnet, a switch you can find in total darkness, reasonably priced)

Olight M2R warrior (NW version, Magnetic Charging Dock compatible, Tactical Tail switch)

.

Although out of category (not really a tube style size with its slightly larger head), this one also is a standout for me:

SC600w Mk IV Plus - 2300lm (XHP50.2) Battery: 18650 - Size:96mm (L) x 30mm (Head Dia.)

I think its short 96mm length may make up for the larger head, plus the larger reflector would have its benefits as well.

I was thinking the same thing, as the list gets bigger - the decision gets tougher :disappointed:

My thoughts exactly, I couldn’t agree more.

Seeing all the lights I’ve listed of comparable size it tells me there ARE reliable drivers out there, but I guess none are available to us …at least not yet

Could you possibly include typical pricing alongside each of them (normal and with coupon)

Sure can. I added prices of what they sell for normally, the lowest prices I could find online.

Most of these being MAP protected there aren’t coupon codes or much discounts, unless they’re running a special sale or clearing out old stock for a new model. There may be coupon prices out there for a few of these that are not “public”, but I can’t say if there is or isn’t.

Armytek and ZebraLight can be purchased from page I provided links to, those prices seem to be the same or less than any online dealers that are listing them, including Amazon/ebay prices.

To replenish the list: ThruNite T1 XHP50 (CW/NW) 18350

A Parametrek search turns up lots of additional results:

  • Rofis MR30
  • Nitecore P12GTS
  • Rofis R4

And heaps more.
