Mine arrived today! (Obviously) smaller than the 18650 version which I also have, I am very impressed with its size. The light output is also impressive, even on a cheap alkaline. I love the clicky which feels very quality, and the threads are buttery smooth. This light will do well in my toolbox at work, unless one of my friends decide they want it bad enough.
4 lights have arrived in two days. Wowzers. I think I should take it easy on my wallet for a while now. Still have a few orders on the way :S
I was amazed by the light from alkaline, until I toss a 14500 in and... double amazed 
Has anyone used this as a headlamp yet? Just wondered how it worked out?
Really good. I use it at its lowest setting (which takes a few tries to get 'just right') while out walking and/or hunting. With a AA it's useful for watching your step, swapping mags etc.
