Mine also shows no info at all but tracking nr is there. Since it has BE last 2 letters i presume it will show movement once it reach Belgium. It’s pretty common when it goes in bulk
I finally got around to ordering. I signed up early, but then was put off by the fact that the lights’ low modes are pretty high. It’s not really a problem for a thrower, but the E14 III can’t be a great EDC with a low of 180 lumens. It was a review of the multiple moonlights that made me change my mind back. Went with white thrower and cool flooder (I already have a triple S2+ using the 4000K Samsungs) with batteries.
As mentioned earlier, Manker emailed me that they cannot ship batteries with my order, but I requested that I wanted the batteries (paid with the order).
I gave Manker several options used by other flashlight sellers that have successfully shipped flashlights with batteries inside to my country (eg. from Banggood, AliExpress, Sofirnlight.com, etc). But Manker didn’t reply to my suggestion yet after several days. I hope Manker does not cancel my order, and will really look into the shipping options I suggested for them to check.
I am in exactly the same position. I suggested to Manker an alternative carrier that I know ships flashlights with batteries to South Africa for Banggood.
Having emailed them with these details 5 days ago I haven’t had any reply form Manker either. Hopefully this is not a bad sign and they will look into alternative carriers.
The new Manker UI seems to be pretty good from my experience with my E02 II. The multiple moonlight levels are its own little sub routine, if you need low light levels, several to choose from. 180 lumens on low sounds like a lot for a low, I agree, but like you, I decided with the multiple moon levels to give this combo a shot with the E14 III. Vinh’s video on the UI was also helpful. To be honest, even the old Manker UI everyone disliked was good, except for the “hold for off” part no one seems to like. The old UI let you customize each level like the new one does for moonlight level.
It looks like Manker is using bulk shipping, e.g. they send the lights in bulk to your country, then their courier splits it and ships your order individually.
Mine is USPS and hasn’t been received either, but don’t worry. This is pretty standard.
Does anyone know how the tritium works for the e14/mc13? Wanted to add a red vial to the back of each but don’t know where to start/parts to source. Any help is appreciated!
Also, was green the only glow gasket that was provided? Really hoped for a red one but the green is awesome nonetheless.
