That light reminds me of one I modded a while back:
How does the zoom mechanism work? If it’s the odd design with the threaded pill that moves the LED while the lens remains stationary, then you are out of luck. The heat sinking on those is dreadful. You could swap out with a better LED, but any sort power improvement (much less, any hot-rodding) would not be viable.
A nice SK98 is a much better option; add a good 20mm driver like the Nanjg 105e:

…and a decent xp-g2 on a Noctigon makes a decent pocket zoomie compared to those moving-pill lights.
