WainLight BD11 allows to change modes order (from Hi-Low to Low-Hi)?

I found recently WainLight BD11 flashlight on fasttech webpage and I was surprised to read:

Chage of mode after connecting drive board B point with tin solder: Mode: Lo 10% - Mid 50% - Hi 100% - Strobe.

Can anyone confirm this possibility?
