Garlic mashies.
Only had like 4 small red potatoes that I wanted to use up before they started sprouting, but an assload of garlic (unopened sock of like 5-6 huge bulbs).
Used a whole bulb, boiled together with finely-cut ’taters and salt, drained, mashed, about 1/3 stick of butter, splash of half’n’half, and a dollop of bacon-fat for flavor, pinch more of salt for taste.
Yeah, dunno why I even bothered scooping it into a bowl, as I et the whole thing in one sitting as today’s breakfast.
