What are you snacking on now?

I eat peanut butter and honey on toast pretty often Great stuff.

Yeh, it’s like peanut brittle on a samwich…

Eh, while I’m here…

Tunyfish with vidalia, plum tomato, sharp cheddar, salt, looooots of black pepper, and mayo.

Tunyfish finely mooshed with mayo, vidalia/tomato/cheddar medium minced so a bit of texture, and somehow it all just came together just right.

Man that was good…

That is one way to cut carbs :man_shrugging:

There was some candybar… not Reeses PB cups, something else… that I’m vaguely recalling the size of Almond Joys, ie, 2 roughly rectangular pieces or some PB filling dipped in chocolate. Can’t recall the name.

But that stuff I made reminded me a lot of that candy and its filling.

Wasn’t there some PB “egg” that would come around Easter? Similar to that.

Hmm, that’s making me hungry. Think I’ll make another batch… :joy:

Ooooh, dark chocolate, graham cracker, that PB/honey glop. Kind of a PB smore…

I have a had a bunch of vodka and right now this idea seems like genius lol

Then my work here is done…

Was it this?

Def sounds interesting, but I don’t think I ever heard of that.

Was there a “peanut butter egg” around Easter? One that came in smaller pieces?

Okay, you’re not thinking of this, but my favorite chocolate peanut butter candy bar is 5th Avenue.
I would buy it to snack on every now and then, but it never goes on a nice sale at Walmart (where I get most of my food.) :+1:

That sounds familiar, probably had some, but can’t place it.

I’m beginning to wonder if what I was remembering was in fact honey added to PB, or just heavily sugared.

I just made some more glop to finish off what little PB was left in the jar. Hit the spot, chased with cold milk…

Ah, that looks familiar.

a local vineyard raises grapes to sell to beer brewers. yep.
anyway, the growing/harvest season is over so they invited
people to glean the grounds for whatever they find.
we retrieved ~2 pecks. we will eat grapes for a while.
