What is your secret for pulling the scales off of the busing. I have been tempted to replace scales om some of my Spyderco knives, but keep hearing nasty stories about that bushing… but more so on the PM 2 I guess.
THX!
WOW… if that works. it looks so simple! I have read and seen lots of people who really struggled to get that tube free. Of course with that method, you have to get the knife to that point in the tear down… which means getting the first side loose. I will have to give it a shot.
This is an old one. I hadn’t carried it in years until today. Benchmade Elishewitz Design Model 880BT “Dark Star”
ATS 34. Benchmade was doing these close to 60 Rc. It was a good steel that never really caught on. Quite similar to the 154CM. I carried this daily for quite a while. Even though it is quite thin and light, it is big in a pocket. Love the gold anodized liners and the star cutout.
Modified SixLeaf Tanto.
Some mixed views on here re:the Elementum. I tried a button lock and didn’t like the blade flopping about, but the Mk1 Flippers are something else. Got rid of all these and kept an Ultem flipper. The button look looked superb in Ultem without a liner, but still it went back in favour of the liner lock version.
Falling behind but here are a couple from the last few days. Rocking the original C01 and then the C01R. Knives include a slightly modified TwoSun (I forgot the model number), the Kubey Hyde, and an early custom from Brass Bridade that I had modded up.
