Yes they are. But they are 4.3v batteries. So with charging at 4.2v they have propably less capacity then the 2600 ones

I do not have the Sanyo2600 to compare to, only the 2800ZT (4.3V) ones. Charging to 4.2V, the ZTs are around 2300mAh.
I never thought about my question really before, but after I encountered this event sometime it flashes on mind.
I measured runtime comparing TF flame 2400 & PN3100 protected fresh charge. after 30 minutes, it turns out the voltage drop of both is similar almost reach 3.8v
so it seems the power density is not that linear, the PN3100 just can be drew a little bit more at the end side. but at that point the output is already dim enough to trigger my mind to recharge them. it just can’t maximize the whole capacity on casual daily usage.
