+1 on the Supfire M6 train, especially with the mod.
I gave one to my uncle who lives in the middle of nowhere, Pennsylvania, along with four batteries and a charger, as a new years present. They get power outages quite often, and once he showed me what lights he is using, well, it felt wrong that he didn't have at least one decent light.
Anyway... fast forward to about a month back, asked him how he liked the light. He had a complaint... said it was too bright :D
iirc the Trustfire version rocks a pretty weak driver stock. Perhaps the SecurityIng version has improved upon it? If not you’re probably looking around the lowside of your inquery at ~2000 lumens on that one.
Also like leaftye said, that little black tube is an 18650 spacer. It may rattle around a bit but it will allow the use of 18650 instead of 26650.
rather envious of your purchase here. I just cannot buy every light I like however. If I had (4) decent cells already in my possession, I would have bought this light, but I don’t, so I didn’t. What a great offering!
I wish I could buy every light I wanted too, but unfortunately I cannot afford it. I wanted to get a good deal and a great flashlight. I would of never known such a light existed until I became a member here on BLF. Thanks everyone for the great help and information!
I just got my Supfire M6 with mod 1 from Mountain Electronics. It is awesome! 7 modes from low to high. Lights up far away trees. Makes the side of my house look like day time! Super nice! Highly recommended.
