Thanks a nice looking laptop. Do they still come with that much stickers? Tacky , I’ve been using the same case for so long I had forgotten about those
There’s only 2 stickers. One showing the processor type (Intel I5, 8th Gen)
, and the other showing the model # and features. Both are easily removed but I’m not removing them. It’s good for resale
Finally received (took 1 month to arrive) my Eagle Eye X6, she’s good :+1:
I got myself a new quadcopter. My first one was a Hubsan H107S purchased almost a year and a half ago, and I disliked flying it enough that I almost didn’t buy another one. Today I got a Hubsan H502S. When Hubsan says it’s easy to fly, they’re right. When you let go of the throttle, it’ll stay at the same altitude even if it’s moved sideways. If it’s moved sideways, it’ll hover in place once the toggles are let go. It even has a return to home that will fly it back to the starting point and land by itself. I was horrible at flying the H107S, and this makes it possible for me to fly. My only gripe is that the video range is pretty short, but that can be fixed for $15-35. It’ll never have the range of the high end DJI’s, but it should be able to fly with sharp video out to the range of a BLF GT.
Pete, I love the display. What is it? and where can I get one? lol!
Looks like a laser distance measuring tool
And a nice one at that! Where do I get one?
I think this is the one: https://www.gearbest.com/laser-rangefinder-electronic-distance-meter/pp_366164.html?lkid=12371069
For code (use ctrl F “laser”): ☢ [Bilakos10 Premium Deals] ● Astrolux FT03 SST-40 ● Astrolux A01 UV ● Seeknite X6S ● JCD 8898 Hot Air Station ● SQ-D60 - #979 by bilakos10
Slightly different but with cool display:
Yup, it’s a laser distance meter. I got mine from ebay, but I believe it’s the same one as this one on GearBest:

Pete, how do you rate it?
I just got it literally 2 hours ago, so I haven’t had a change to use it much yet. Based on the few random measurements I did, it seems to be very accurate at longer distances. At very short distances, like 10 inches or so, sometimes it gives inaccurate readings, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be used on such short distances.
Display is very easy to read.
It has a boatload of functions such as calculating area, volume, Pythagorean theorem, adding, subtracting, etc. which I have not tried yet.
I got this one a few days ago, because I needed to measure longer distances than my old 50m one could do.
Thanks for the info Pete. I tried to oder one using my paypal account. I’m getting an invalid password error messege even though I’m able to log onto my paypal account. Gearbest ain’t the best… lol
Edit: I was able to put my order through after I unchecked my $5 credit in my wallet which was under a long-gone user log-in email address. That being said, there’s no way to change your log-in account name! how lame is that?
Nice one Pete! For my Bosch GLM50c you could buy 7 of those :person_facepalming:
This didn't come in the mail. I live near the Gerber plant in Tigard Oregon and I know someone. They got this for me through employee sales at about 1/2 retail. Received today. Now, if I could just meet someone who works at the local Coast plant . . .
Gerber Cortex
.
Arrived today
I got these two
Nice ARsee! You must have a lot of batteries!
They are accumulating. I buy batteries specific to said light.
I’m planning ahead.
