I’m looking for the cheapest flashlight that’s somewhat decent but more importantly has a built-in charger. I have plenty of 18650s so I thought it would be great to give out as party favors. They need to have built-in usb chargers, cause, well these folks won’t have a 18650 charger handy like we do. But I don’t feel like spending more than $10-12. Any one can recommend something of that nature?
I found the Elfeland ST-515 on Banggood for $5.95. It even comes with a built in usb header so it doesn’t need a cable. I know… I know… what can we expect for $5.95, but anyone ever risked getting that?
Found these $0.99 ones on Ebay. My guess is they probably aren’t decently built though.

is sold in many places under many brands. The link shows it quite expensive, but with a good deal you can get the light for like $6.
It is said to be good.
Note that this is with reflector. There’s even cheaper zoomie. I don’t know if its quality matches the reflector one.
Firelight2 - I am sticking to 18650s. I have a box of panasonics so I’m looking for ways to use them. I’ve already packaged together small usb power banks. Now I want to put some flashlights too.
Paul321- I bought that when I saw it posted! HAha. But then I realized it’s a little on the high side… that’s why I’m trying to limit to at most $10-12.

Just a quick update. I bought the ones suggested by above post, ended up being under $8. Wanted to buy more but seems like link is gone. The 4 ordered arrived in under 2 weeks and works great! Nice decent spot with good wide coverage. All around decent flashlight for what I needed it for. Dropped a few times by a kid and still works. USB charging works, when it’s full charges to around 4.18-4.20v (varies from light to light but that’s to be expected). Easy on/off switch (which is great because every cheap ones out there seems to want to cycle through full, mid, low, blinks, double winks, and sos helps from when i’m stranded in the driveway mode). This one is easy push on and push off. If you want to dim, just hold down the button and it will do a variable dim down to the lowest settings. If you want to make it flash, just double press the button. Very good UI.
Wanted more so I searched around and found another link. Bought another 5 for under $40. Hope they’re all the same.
