The Cool Fall Tri-V, as already reported, is probably the most expensive “table price” out there. And yes, while the website may seem a bit dated, Data is still making and selling those lights. He posts regularly on CPF still.
There are some exotic-material Hankos out there that cost more, but that’s when sold second-hand or through auctions. If you buy directly from Mr Hanko the “table prices” are less than the Tri-V. As for images, just Google search for Hanko Flashlights. Throw in exotic material keywords like “superconductor” or “timascus” or “zirc” if you want to see the more expensive ones.
Since I’m here though - here’s my “normal” titanium Hanko. I bought it at table price for a lot less than the Tri-V….and is still worth less than a Tri-V lol
if you get me a talented 3D designer and machinist here in Europe

someone who would invest in the brand
that would be likely possible, turning out in lights that have top specs. materials and machining quality
if you look on todays flashlights the used optics are stone age technology plus poor coatings
i bet most of the flashlight front glasses are so bad they distort the beam making you loose throw, precision optics in the diameter of TN42 or GT can be quick in the 4 digit price range
if you would not look on the price tag you could get unbreakable front glases with a coating you think they are without one
I have worked with laser equipment quite a while to know how good they can be, but also comes with a price tag
Then looking on the reflector
electroformed for precision on larger reflectors
instead cheap aluminum use sealed silver coating you gain a lot
Well the BLF GT inspired a lot of manufactures to create huge reflector flashlights,it is becoming to be a race for max throw I see.Maybe if they make ultra giga thrower with 50sm or more diameter reflector it will get very expensive 5000 meters throw huh?
This is actually very interesting thread. I think these $5k lights can find customers. I’d call it a Veblen good. It’s just about having a thing that others cannot have.
There is a name for it in Economy: Veblen effect. .
